My name is Bill Simcox and I graduated from Rowan University with a B.S. in Exercise Science. Some courses I studied included Nutrition, Exercise Prescription, Exercise Physiology and Anatomy. I learned many health related testing techniques. I am an avid runner. I have completed 8 marathons along with numerous ½ marathons and 10 mile runs.
My name is Carl Thomas. I’m a Pastor and P90x Live group trainer. I’ve had a long time passion for fitness and enjoy group training because it allows me to push others to meet new personal goals and find new levels of success. My favorite type of workouts are high intensity interval training which help build lean muscle while keeping the heart rate elevated. My name is Dan Dawson. I enjoy motivating others, traveling, music, camping, going to the beach etc… I eat, sleep and breathe health and fitness. Health and fitness has formed the foundation of my social, academic, and work life. I utilize what is known at the FITT principle, which stands for Frequency, Intensity, Time& Type. To build your best body, we must constantly change our workouts, and that’s what the FITT principle is all about. My training philosophy is not to just train muscles, but to train movement. The most important thing to me is that you achieve your fitness goals in the shortest possible time, and in the most enjoyable manner.
My name is Jillian DePoder. I am a paralegal, group fitness instructor, wife and mother of three! I have always had the drive and passion to push myself and through group fitness instruction, I have the same drive to apply that same passion and enthusiasm into the group training participant's fitness journey which is expressed throughout my workouts. My goal is to inspire others to commit to long-term fitness goals! I design my classes to include a variety of intense group intervals consisting of calisthenic and traditional weight lifting exercises with bursts of hard core cardio and ab strengthening exercises in between.
Hello, My name is Tavener Miller. If you are reading this then you’ve just taken your first step in embracing your new healthy, active lifestyle. Fitness has changed my life in ways I can never begin to render in this short space available, but I’ll give it my best shot. For most of my life I was sick and significantly underweight, not to mention my asthma left me short of breath after a flight of steps. Our philosophy is to make training available and affordable for everyone who needs it. We sell personal training packages according to your needs. We refuse to sell you training packages which do not bring you results
